1. How to list my resources in this website?
You need to create a supplier account with us, then you will be able to list your resources for online booking
 
2. What is Supplier Account?
Supplier account is a profile created in our website to maintain your resources. You can actually create your profile yourself via New User Sign-up and request for supplier privileges.
 
3. What are the basic features of supplier account?
With supplier account, you will be able to
  • List resources of your choice to public (duplicate resources are not allowed) for booking
  • Receive online booking orders for those resources and process/deliver them
  • Check the booking status of your resources
  • Check the balance in your payment account
  • Check the transaction history of your payment account
  • Transfer out your balance to your bank account

    4. What are the charges for creating supplier account?
    It is FREE. There are NO charges involved for having supplier account.
     
    5. What are the charges involved for listing a resource for online booking?
    Following are the charges for listing resource(s) for online booking in this website

  • Setup/Listing Fee : This is ONE TIME charge for setting up/listing the resource in this website, as this involves displaying the resource, scheduling arrangement and business process flow routing logic to your supplier account.

    This fee is based on the resource type, shows scheduling arrangement and expected network traffic.

  • Transaction Fee : This is charged for each order placed.
    it is 6.0%+$1 per transaction, for monthly transaction amount of upto $5000.00
    it is 5.5%+$1 per transaction, for monthly transaction amount of above $5000.00

  • Semi-Annual Maintenance Fee : This fee is charged for long running resources listed in our website and for the privileged accounts. This is NOT applicable for one-time display resources OR short duration display resources.

    6. How do we pay Setup/Listing Fee?
    The setup fee is to be paid before listing/setting up a resource in our website. Upon receiving the resource details from you, we will be advising you the exact amount and steps for the payment via your credit card / PAYPAL.
     
    7. How do we pay Transaction Fee?
    The transaction fee is automatically deducted from order amount before credit happens to your account.
     
    8. How do we display our resources in the website?
    The setting up of resource is completely taken care by us for you. You just need to provide us the resource details, image and user guide if any. The one time setup charge apply for this work as mentioned above.

    This is to ensure all the resources are displayed in standard manner and looks very nice and neat on web page to give pleasing experience to the end user.
     
    9. How do we receive the online order for our resources?
    You will be given a task inbox to monitor. If any orders placed for your resources, tasks will be created in your task list with sufficient details to process/deliver the order.

    You can enable Email alert / SMS alert for your task inbox in order to get notified.
     
    10. How do we receive the money for resources we take care?
    The money will be automatically credited into you payment account. You can check transaction history and transfer the money to your bank account as well.

    In fact, You will be able to check and verify the money credited to your account for each order, before processing it.
     
    11. Can we check the money credited before processing the order?
    Yes. Definitely

    The money settlement happens before the task assignment. So you will be able to check the credits in your account and process/deliver the order with complete peace of mind.
     
    12. What are the exact steps to open supplier account and listing resources?
    Here the exact steps to create supplier account and listing resources in our web site
  • create your profile via New User Sign-up so that you can choose id of your own choice
  • Drop a mail to info@1jct.com with below information
    1. your userid in order to give supplier account privileges
    2. your finalized list of resources with image and details to display in web site
    3. your license softcopy for selling the resources (This is optional, unless for law restricted resources)

  • That is all from your end. We will do the rest contacting you, collecting the payment and listing the resources.
     
    13. What are the business process flow steps involved for each booking order?
    The complete business process flow for each order is depicted in following diagram which is self explanatory. As a supplier, your responsibility will be more on "Allotment Process" node. Our system / network will take care of all other responsibilities.


     
    14. What are the modes the end user can make payment?
    The end user can make payment using PayPal account or all other modes (including creditcard / debitcard / NETS) supported by PayPal.
     
    15. How is the information protected in this web site?
    All the critical informations are protected using strong cryptographic algorithms (1024 bits) from proven technology vendors.
     
    16. Is there any alert facility for the incoming orders?
    Yes. There are Email alert and SMS alert facilities available. You can enable whenever required.
